...and then there was one
We have two computers...one of them is working...unfortunately for me it is Steve's. Fortunately for me, Steve was the one to call HP today and tell them that it is broken. So, in 24 hours he gets to call them again, and re-hash everything and get them to send out a pack to get the computer sent in. Luckily I transferred most of my docs to the external hard drive a month or so ago! Wahoo for me! Hopefully they will be able to fix it quickly and get is back, the one computer thing is not cool!

Is it an HP laptop? If so, we had the same problem a few months ago and HP took care of it really quick (we needed a new mother board--whatever that is!). The thing that took the longest was waiting for the box to get here. Once we sent it in, it was back in 4 days (no joke! I was impressed).
P.S. Steve's mom sent us an email and invited us to the home ward's Christmas party next Saturday morning, are you guys going?
